Lauren Cowan
Lauren Cowan has worked in Human Resources her entire career. She is the founder of DayoneHR, an HR technology consulting business that she launched in 2016. With an impressive background in HR and a passion for implementing great HR tech, Lauren has completely transformed HR departments for many clients over the years.
Through DayoneHR Courses, she is now sharing her years of experience, knowledge, and expertise to help others build their career in HR Technology and upskill the HR Tech leaders of the future. Lauren continues to revolutionise people functions and empower businesses by delivering HR tech transformation projects for her clients.
When Lauren is not working, you will usually find her chatting away with people in the village where she lives or out and about searching for delicious gluten and dairy-free baked goods.
Yogina Shakya
Yogina Shakya is a graduate of MBA in Global Leadership and Management from the School of Management, Tribhuvan University. She has been working in Human Resources since 2015, building and improving HR processes and leading challenging projects.
HR Transformation has always been Yogina’s biggest interest - helping HR to be more productive and allowing them to do meaningful work while supporting the business in strategic planning. Yogina is currently working as an HR Transformation Consultant at DayoneHR where she gets to work with innovative technology to support HR functions across the globe. She also delivers training sessions on various topics in Nepal.
Yogina is passionate about people and supporting them to grow. She enjoys reading books, watching a good TV series and spending time doing some creative work.

What’s the time commitment?
Our courses are designed and structured so they can be comfortably completed over the course of a few weeks. However, they are completely self-paced online courses - you decide when you start and when you finish. You can complete one module at a time and learn each phase at your own speed. If someone wants to complete a course within 1 week - they sure can. In order to achieve this, we encourage you to complete 1 module per day.
Will I have time-limited or lifetime access to the materials?
As long as you're with Teachable, you will have access to the courses. After enrolling, you will have FREE LIFETIME ACCESS to all of it for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
Do I get a certificate for completion?
