I'm Lauren and I'm an HR addict! I have worked in HR within the tech sector for over a decade and absolutely love it. I've worked with startups as small as 4 people right up to major tech companies with a headcount of 160,000 in nearly every time zone.


After taking on a challenge from a tech startup who had no people support function in place for over 5 years I quickly realised that there are a lot of startups that really need my help at the very early stage of their development - that's when DayOneHR was born!
