DayoneHR Courses: Brand New Course Out Now!
Today, the culture of knowledge sharing is more important than ever. There is a huge appetite amongst workers for learning and growth opportunities. At DayoneHR, we recognise that we are subject matter experts in the area of HR Technology and we understand how important it is for us to share our knowledge with people. We believe in collective knowledge amongst the HR community, sharing best practices and explaining the right way to do things in regards to HR Tech and HR Transformation. With this spirit in mind, we launched our very first online course back in January 2022: Introduction to HR Technology.
The whole experience was great. We learned about scripting, video recording, voice modulation and more. We dived into a whole new world, and after a lot of hard work and preparation, our first course was ready. But, we were not sure how our course would be received, because, A. Our course was designed for a niche market, and, B. We didn’t have any previous experience in building and delivering online courses. However, the response from our peers and our students was overwhelmingly positive. This gave us all the encouragement and confidence we needed to continue to build DayoneHR Courses!
When we were designing the first course, we had plans to add more, but this was dependent on how the first course performed. With the success of ‘Introduction to HR Technology’, we kicked off the preparation work for our next course. We want to make these courses a reflection of the work we do, with the aim to upskill future HR Tech leaders and help them meet the challenges they’ll face transforming HR functions.
HR Technology has been around for a while now and is garnering more and more attention lately. In the face of a global pandemic and remote work trends, there is an even greater need to leverage new and creative digital solutions that unleash the true power of HR Tech; boosting employee experiences, improving efficiency and safeguarding business continuity in challenging times.
